The team of the non-profit organisation SPERANTA 87 of the Republic of Moldova receives numerous requests for help in the framework of the implementation of the humanitarian aid project “Support for Ukrainian refugees, mainly women, boys and girls, in the Republic of Moldova”. We always respond to them and travel to the regions of the country to provide assistance. In fact, the activities of other organisations working in the field of refugee assistance tend to focus on the central part of the country. This time we travelled to the town of Ungheni. The team brought food, hygiene items and backpacks with school supplies to the Ukrainian refugees living in this town.
