Although there are many distribution points throughout Moldova, the office of our partner SPERANTA 87 in Chisinau has also become a place where Ukrainian refugees ask for help, which is never denied them. Mothers with their children go there to get the urgently needed goods for daliy life. And what could be better than seeing the joy and smiles on their faces? Since the launch of the project “Supporting Ukrainian refugees, mainly women, boys and girls in the Republic of Moldova”, more than 10,000 Ukrainian refugees have received assistance under this project, and many more will receive support in the coming months.
All this would not be possible without funding from the Austrian Development Agency (ADA). Ukrainian refugees often express their gratitude from the heart when they meet the team of our partner organisation SPERANTA 87 at the numerous distribution points throughout Moldova.
