Social centre for handicapped youth – AGAPIS

HOPE’87 and the Foundation UNESCO – Education for Children in Need supported the establishment of the future social centre for physically challenged youth, “Agapis Sf Dumitru“, managed by Father Pavel Borshevschi of the Moldovan-Orthodox Church in Chisinau. In July 2014, the General Secretary of HOPE’87, Mr Robert Ottitsch, attended the centre’s topping-out ceremony led by the Metropolit of the Moldovan-Orthodox Church, His Eminence Metropolit Vladimir, who expressed his deep satisfaction with the project, which was beneficial for approximately 750 young people with disabilities.
