Sababou Primary School

This educational project is carried with generous financial support from the internationally renowned musician Mamadou Diabaté. Its main goal is to improve the learning conditions of 300 pupils in the town of Bobo-Dioulasso.

To achieve this, the initiative focuses on enhancing school infrastructure, safety, and administrative capacity.
Among the key accomplishments so far were:

• The production of 80 new classroom desks and benches

• The installation of a protective grille to secure the upper floor

• The paving of approximately 200 m² of the schoolyard

In addition, the project covers teachers’ salaries as well as water and electricity costs, ensuring the smooth running of daily school activities.

Through these combined efforts, the project has significantly strengthened the school’s ability to deliver sustainable, high-quality education and has made a lasting contribution to the community of Bobo-Dioulasso.
