Dumitru, an international consultant, has undertaken diverse projects focusing on vaccination, public health capacity building, and humanitarian initiatives across the Middle East, Central Asia, and Europe. His work extends to collaboration with both private companies and public entities.
In conjunction with HOPE 87, Dumitru actively contributes to the implementation of humanitarian and social projects in Moldova. He serves as the head of the NGO Speranta 87 / HOPE 87 Moldova. Notably, Dumitru has been instrumental in the execution of humanitarian projects aimed at supporting Ukrainian refugees who have settled in Moldova. His efforts encompass providing essential resources such as food and non-food items, as well as ensuring protection and education for those in need.
As the representative of HOPE 87 at UNESCO, Dumitru holds the responsibility of enhancing collaboration between the two organisations and actively contributes to shaping future joint initiatives.
